Access to and Control Over Your Information
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can contact us at email@example.com or call us by phone at (937) 993-0300.
When you browse Elimstat.com or perform a site search on Elimstat.com you do so without revealing your identity. However, for the purposes described in this policy, we use “cookies” to measure your visits to Elimstat.com. A cookie is a small text file that our website uses to store on your device or web browser and can later retrieve. These cookies allow us to distinguish you from other users of Elimstat.com, but this information only allows us to identify you personally if you have previously logged on to the Websites from that device or where you have visited Elimstat.com by clicking through from a communication (such as an email) that you have received as a customer.
If you choose not to delete and/or block cookies from the Websites, and continue to use Elimstat.com, you are thereby consenting to our use of such cookies.
You may delete and block all cookies from Elimstat.com, but parts of Elimstat.com may not then work. Most web browsers and devices allow some control of most cookies through the browser or device settings, for example you can set up your web browser to inform you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. To find out more about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set and how to manage and delete them, visit www.allaboutcookies.org. To manage cookies linked to targeting/advertising activities, visit www.youronlinechoices.com. To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across all websites visit http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Credit Card Data
Neither Elimstat.com or employees of Bennett and Bennett, Inc., who owns and manages Elimstat.com, have access to your credit card data. All payment methods stored on this site and transactions that are processed are encrypted by Authorize.net a third-party credit card processor.
Personal Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via login or when ordering from us. We do not sell or rent this information to anyone, and we do not collect credit card data.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to process your credit card via Authorize.net or to ship an order via FedEx.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
